DDR Recycling offer a range of recycled plastic materials to the market at preferential rates.

HDPE (Film/Flake/Solid)

Material is graded as either ‘Single Colour/Natural’ or ‘Mixed Colour/Printed’. Material is available in solid, plastic film or flake format.

Baled HDPE Film (available in 40 foot high cube containers weighing at least 24 tonnes)

HDPE Flake (supplied in bags weighing at least 800kg each - 22 bags minimum to a 40 foot high cube container)

Due to the density of some product it is not possible to compact or bale material for shipment and container weight may reduce as a result.

PP/PE Flake

This product is derived from processing of drinks bottle tops and labels. The mixture of PP and PE will vary in composition and is available in mixed colour only.

PP/PE Flake (supplied in bags weighing at least 800kg - minimum 22 bags per 40 foot high cube container)

LDPE Film

Supplied in mill size bales this film is available in limited quantities and attracts a premium rate to reflect this.

Baled LDPE Film (available in 40 foot high cube containers weighing at least 24 tonnes)

PET Bottles/Flake

Available as 'Clear and Light Blue' or 'Coloured' grade. Bottles are baled and shipped in the format shown.

Clear and Light Blue PET Bottle Bales

In addition to baled bottles, DDR are able to offer a new product in the form of PET Flake. This flake is provided in the same size and shipment format to HDPE Flake above.

Mixed Plastics Film

This format of plastic film material is available in the largest quantities from the UK market as the amount of secondary sorting is kept to a minimum. Material is graded as 'Single Colour/Natural' or ' Mixed Colour/Printed'.

Plastic Film is provided in Mill Size Bale format

The majority of material available will be in mixed colour format with print and labels included within the film bales.

Summary

Supply of all plastic materials is subject to a minimum order quantity of 100 tonnes or 4 x 40 foot high cube containers.

Material description/specification must be agreed prior to shipment in order that all materials dispatched conform within agreed thresholds.
