We again have new spy photos of the Mercedes SLK. The size seems to be the same, or at least very similar to the current version and hope that you have worked hard to reduce the weight of this upcoming model. The grid is very similar to the SLS, we can see the LEDs in the bottom of the headlights. The mirrors have been placed in a lower position in the leaf of the door and this time the retractable roof will feature a large glass surface, whether it will be as standard or an option is not clear yet.
We expect a new range of engines and this time probably find a diesel engine under the hood, for the first time in the history of the SLK.
So ... When will we see the SLK in all its glory? It could be the International Motor Show in Paris in September, but Mercedes is more likely to present it at the Geneva Motor Show 2011.
